About me and why I chose Reiki

I am Nira , a Reiki Master Practitioner having trained in the USUI Reiki system. I completed my Reiki 1 and 11 with the Reiki School and have completed the Reiki Master course . In addition I also have a qualification in the Awareness of Mental Health Problems. This allows me to apply a holistic approach to my work.

I am based in Maidenhead,  Berkshire and work from a beautiful summer house where you will experience peace and tranquillity whilst enjoying a relaxing treatment in comfortable surroundings.

I have always been interested in complimentary therapies and I discovered Reiki in 2011.

Reiki is a gentle and non-invasive powerful healing energy which boosts the body’s ability to heal itself. Whether the source of the disease is physical, mental, emotional or spiritual Reiki involves the transfer of Universal energy which surrounds us all from the practitioner to the client through the hands with the intention of promoting physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being and balance. Reiki can also be sent using distant healing.

I work in a very demanding and busy profession and therefore I know how stressful it can be can be to try and manage the stress of juggling a busy and demanding role with running a family and dealing with the other obstacles which may be placed in our way on this journey through life.

I have found that by incorporating Reiki and the Reiki principles and practices into my daily routine, I have been able to achieve a sense of inner peace, well-being and calm. This in turn has enabled me to further develop and enhance my personal and spiritual growth.

I love the fact that with the help of Reiki I have been able to successfully manage to reduce my stress and experience a greater sense of calm and balance. I initially offered Reiki to my family and friends and on receiving very positive feedback from them I felt the need to go further and offer Reiki to others so that they are able to experience the profound benefits of Reiki in the same way that I have.
